CK Movement, LLC exclusive training programs for dancers or those who just want to look and move like one. The Ballroom Body™ classes currently take place in person at Ballroom Fever Dance Studio Tuesdays 6:15-7pm. Please CLICK for class schedule or CONTACT for info. You may drop in. Sneakers & water.
After you attend a class in person you are instantly plugged into an exclusive email list which provides links to an unlisted YouTube channel that only TBB members have access to.
This channel provides you with updated follow-along weekly training to support what you do in class.
There is no extra cost. You only have to attend 1 class!

You can TRAIN using any or all of the following modalities:
BODY IN BALANCE - a balance and stability training program good for anyone, anytime. Great for core, hips, knees, ankles and more
Dance FiiT HiiT™ - cardio HiiT training that not only burns calories at rest (hurray) but increases in demand on the body over time allowing you to acclimate and improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance. This training is excellent for competitive dancers as well.
The Ballroom Body™ - this is the full program using warmup, flexibility training, core, conditioning, cardio and more for the full training. It’s fun, challenging and effective.
Keep in mind class is available or you may schedule in-person training direct with the creator of the program
