The Ballroom Body™ is a conditioning program designed by CK Movement, LLC in 2019 in correlation with Body IN Balance™ designed dancers to improve balance, core, cardio endurance, muscle tone & muscular endurance for optimum performance and overall fitness. Training is derived from dance conditioning as well as science based training methods. CK Movement, LLC trainer and pro dancer, Christine Kjellquist is the creator of this program. Not a dancer? But want to look and move like one? Come join us!
Class included warm up, balance, core, glute, cardio HiiT, stretch & cool-down

All levels RHYTHMIC BODY ACTION & TECHNIQUE CLASS. Get in your body & learn how to make dynamic movements in styles like cha cha, rumba, bolero, mambo & salsa. Helps with all dancing. Learn to dance your body with the afro cuban rhythms.

Beginner ADULT LATIN JAZZ fusion class for all ages ADULTS. No experience needed. Have some fun & dance. Come exactly as you are and enjoy a fun workout & dance experience. Class begins with a warm-up and stretch. Then jazz & fun latin style basics & styling and a fun combo. Again ALL LEVELS AND BEGINNERS WELCOME! Sneakers are fine!

All levels workshop. Improve & understand turns, spins & arm style benefits in Ballroom, Latin, smooth, Rhythm & Jazz style of dance. This workshop is great for beginner dancers to understand fundamentals as well as intermediate plus dancers to always keep improving skills. Helps with balance, spotting, & more.
